| Job: | Bittle Incorporated is a family business that builds custom homes within the Lake Lure area. We began working with John and Brian Bittle in 2007 when we submitted plans for building our GreyRock home. They are excellent in working with the Architect around the details of the project. Due the delay caused by the bankruptcy of Land Resources in 2008 we are still working on the home and hope to have it completed when electric service is installed. |

| Positive: | Brittle uses top quality subcontractors that they pay promptly each week. Their communication with owners living outside the area is excellent as they send pictures of their work every couple of days. If there is a question, they respond promptly. They recommended excellent vendors but are willing to use new vendors that we find. They are excellent in listening to what we want in our home & make suggestions. Bittle Incorporated has a stellar reputation as a quality builder in the mountainous area of western North Carolina. |
